Be interesting to know the other parties to the actions against Enviroscream. From memory the Colbert Road address was occupied by P F Metals a recycling company where Mackenzie was a director/owner. So did the batteries get stored by way of some deal between these entities, and without either holding EPA Licences at the time, was the storage of the same illegal. Think there's just a bit more to the mix and for sure LIT aren't being all that transparent with shareholders.
