Good confirmation of monthly revenue increase. 2.25m monthly revenue x 12 months = 27m Annual revenue. This figure should grow as the financial year progresses putting us above 30m annual revenue.
One concern I had with an acquisition of this scale was customer service suffering. Vonex have a competitive advantage in customer service and much greater net promoter score over larger telcos. The comment below has shown that not only has customer service not suffered, but it has actually improved.
"As Vonex has gained scale, service levels have also improved, with wait time for the new Direct Business customers on hold down from an average of 6 minutes to under 2 minutes".
