    Release of Interim Accounts "SUBJECT TO"???

    Releasing of Audited Interim Accounts  is a  legal requirement REGARDLESS of so call corporate machinations.  Auditors are being hampered from releasing their opinion and disclosing.

    Auditors are also required to report on Contingencies and Events Occurring After Balance Sheet Date too.
