The legal process to distribute will not start until after the escrow period is complete. They can't start prior due to the escrow conditions.

Will likely require approval of SH because its a distribution of company assets, a GM will need to be called etc.

They can certainly get a lot of pre work done (we bloody hope they do), but I doubt the shares will be distributed until September, but will be more than happy to be wrong on this.
