Look at it this way, if there was a way the BOD could cash in and blow the escrowed it would have happened already. Also they are being fairly conservative with the cash they have so that's a good sign. Leo could be in production when the shares come out of escrow so SP should be healthy, expect more than 20c equivalent imo.
