    Seems odd. Lends me to think there is a disposal contract that has been signed by the seller (us) and the buyer (?) within the relevant reporting period, but waiting on Government sign-off to confirm. Only thing that makes sense to me.

    Any other takes that make sense?
    If I'm right then it's a positive sign (in so far as giving away an asset we put $200 million into for zero reward can be).

    I'm encouraged. Come on Mali Gov you bunch of feckin spuds! Get it over with.
