Very interesting announcement...??????
I was wondering what happened with the IPO of Davenport Resources as there had been nothing (and I mean nothing) forthcoming from PWN to the offer which supposedly CLOSED on Fri 25th November.....??
So this is the first news about the "delay" with the initial IPO .... very strange in my view and no reasons given as to why the 2nd Supplementary Statement needed to be lodged ??
Something smells fishy IMO??
Anyone with a plausible answer? (obviously the company is coming out with one!).
PS. I'm a very disappointed shareholder and yes I could email the company, but in this instance I believe that by putting this out in the public domain, will be a better catalyst for the company to provide a more informed update to share holders! (after all, they will read this!...they all do!).
