You are right it's a huge discount but if TOT was trading at NTA the div yield would be 5%. When you can get almost 4% on term deposit that's not very appealing.
Raising capital when trading at a steep discount to NTA would not be very popular with shareholders. However a wind up would be. But not sure what could trigger it.
