yes I am sure. I checked with one of our inhouse lawyers (I work for a major corporate) to make sure of my facts and get an expert opinion of the sum and re-read the judgement and costs orders published on the Supreme Court website. Nex cleared the vast majority of ACCRUED creditors (including directors) with shares @ 5c therefore have little outstanding to pay once the funds are received from MCT.
