In any case the funds from the costs orders will go to the barristers & solicitors. NME won't derive much benefit at all from the cost orders I would presume.
The 1.28m cash call is the concern now for both JV partners, NME will have some costs to bear from this I believe but just how much is the question.
The company is merely a real estate entity now, costs are over running the company with little value on the horizon imo.
