So holders holding AXE are automatically eligible to receive ITech shares in October on some date ( no action required as long as you hold AXE). This announcement is basically to inform us if anyone wish to buy more ( out of pocket cost) at IPO price, it is open and Archer SH will have the priority and that is on top of the free shares being distributed for being AXE holders in October.
