You get the free allocation of ITM so long as you are a AXE shareholder, no minimum requirement. The minimum requirement is in regards to the priority application offer for the IPO in which you must apply and pay for at least 10,000 or $2,000 worth of ITM shares - this would be in addition to your free allocation.
