Ann: Update on JB Financial transaction, page-30

A couple of questions:

1. 3.72% interest?????!!!! Surely in a commercial deal between two non related parties, the interest rate would be multiples of this?
2. Who is valuing the Kings currency exchange business and other assets that they will have priority charge over, as security?
3. If they ain't got the cash to pay now, where is it coming from in the future?

The last time I looked cash is cash, not debt. I don't go to the ATM and withdraw an IOU or a convertible note, I withdraw cashola.
