Cash.. but interest paid annually if its not paid on 28 days... ummm what.. so sounds like the contract will allow for non payment on the due date and then it turns into secured vendor finance.. wonder how long the term will run for... not doubt it will be many many years making this more of a smoke and mirrors sale rather than an actual one.. at least in the short term.
Clearly these provisions indicate that the consideration will NOT be paid within 28 days from aquisition
