At least we will get 35% of the $67m (actually more like $65m, based on the current exchange rate) boast to the NTA.
If the settlement cost is at book value, then we will get the full $65m gain in NTA (excluding transaction costs). Howeve, based on the wording of the announcement, it is unlikely. Manage is probably keen to balance the NTA gain and rental income. Also need to consider is the tenant security deposit, which is not an insignificant sum.
