By selling you only get the price someone is prepared to pay, if you IPO and raise capital to develop the asset further then you get maximum value... on the books we have it valued at around $15m.... Gilbertson (ex BHP) and other board members are very capable and with significant connections... would rather they do their stuff and extract max value...
