Its certainly a matter for BHP as to how and where they source the sulphuric acid,
BUT in this resource rich country, one would hope that we do not become dependent upon imports for another crititcal industrial reagent and that it can be economically supplied from Australian sources rather than imports that require transporting it halfway round the world.
