Those with a genius for obscuring the straightforward should note the core statement about the nature of the Lynas-BHP arrangement:
"Lynas has a contract with BHP Nickel West for the supply of Sulphuric Acid to the Kalgoorlie Rare Earth Facility from either the Kalgoorlie nickel smelter or imported sources. The initial term of the contract is until 30 June 2027."
So we have guaranteed supply to just under 3 years from now.
