all in all it's an outstanding result clear and factual ... don't forget Australia is still in a skill shortage and Kalgoorlie doesn't exactly have 10 million people on its doorstep. So it takes time to source skilled workers, once you have them it's not an issue, Lynas has a great track record of employee satisfaction, team building and community engagement the HR crew are stellar at their job.
