Playing devil's advocate here... Maybe they included this statement because of some doubts around the viability of the business without the credits. They may have just been wanting to address these doubts by saying several external financiers see that the project is viable.
Admittedly, I've been one of the more positive (and recent) investors here, but seeing the ANN this morning that says they will miss FNTP this quarter highlights the frustrations that a lot of the LTers have been putting up with.
That said, it's a bit hard to sell right now when liquidity is so low. So might just forget about this until the new year. GLTAH.
