The problem I see Surandy is that economic dispatch made the project far riskier hence why they are looking for other people that will fund the project. Yes there are high spikes in electricity prices but they are more just that spikes, when you look at the averages per hour over the year and how often they would have to turn the turbines off it may be a different story. Without the relevant modelling data which Ross will never show, no one would know how bad or good it is.
