If they manage to get it over the line it will be at least second quarter of next year. Listen to the video never seen Ross so nervous as he was. This is far away from being a done deal, they haven't even got the engineering locked down yet, and that has to happen before they can approach finance, so I am not sure what is going on now, more double speak from Ross as usual most probably
