Basically all you complaints and insinuations about the management team and their motivations are 100% justified. Its been going on for years (as Choc knows), and will go on for many more years (or as long as they can continue doing it)
You won't want to hear it (because you're victims of 'sunk-cost fallacy'), but the best thing you can do (for your own peace of mind, and longer term financial wellbeing) is to cut your losses, sell out and never look back.
