    Well this doesn't surprise anyone. Once there was no announcement by 5.00 o'clock we knew the news would not be good. It will be interesting to see what happens with the sp now. The longer it takes the odds of this funding becoming good becomes remoter and remoter IMHO. My thoughts only. DYOR.
