My understanding of law is that’s you cannot pass ownership of assets or allow a charge against assets that you do not have legal ownership of. Kings currency does not have legal ownership nor does JBL so if they allow a charge over those assets that is fraud.
Of course you would need a govt entity of any description to bother or care to stop this sort of behaviour.
