The PFG charge has no validity in my opinion because neither Kings Currency or JBL has legal ownership of the banknotes so cannot give a legally enforceable charge to PFG or anyone else.
Of course an expensive court case will be required to prove that.
When oh when will the ACCC act against this
abuse of corporation law.
