And unfortunately i don't think he has any other options.
Very disappointing, given the project has significant upside, and my take is its been seriously mismanaged at the end game.
Sure credit due, they have done some very good work in getting it to this stage, but they have been paid well for their efforts.
Bloody disappointing, DH has never met a timeline he has indicated.
And if he cant work out hes being played by POSCO then he lacks a serious sense of judgement.
