That is a significant amount when you consider the revenue ZNO generates. What they don't say is how much stock is being returned to partially offset this financial setback. Given that it isn't quantified, I doubt it is much. I was never happy with the way ZNO handed out distributorships, and the fact that we have to pay ineffective distributors to get rid of them further supports that notion. ZNO doesn't seem to have heard of KPIs when issuing distributorships. It smacks of amateur hour. How many have actually been successful? At least this money was already accounted for in the half yearly accounts, but it will still reflect badly against the company.
