Today's announcment is a minor disraction. The main game here is getting the MLs from Manajem. The SP will only kick up when the Ministry (a) dispossess Manajem of the MLs and (b) awards them to Alara and its new JV partner?. I assume AUQ has to have an KSA company as a JV partner. Can anyone clarify? My questions is: Can AUQ solely be awarded the MLs? If so it would significantly enhance the value proposition for AUQ.
