Not sure how we can pass judgement on the legal case. I would have thought an agreement or contract was signed at the time and it all depends if someone has reneged on that agreement. IIQ may have competing interests but if the terms of a contract have not been fulfilled they could be in breach? Don't know how so many posters can say the case is not strong when we don't know the details and probably never will? The market hates uncertainty.
