They are planning to get rid of initial tech BARD1 antibody technology by evaluating new way of testing and launch their own products, which was bought from the founders.. writing is on the wall here..

Money is second priority for driven People who are out to change the world!
Its seems more about 'doing the right thing ethically' & lot of doubts on the management, who is either not willing to let it go & settle out of court. Seeming they might just hand the tech back to the founders after using it as a base tech and evolve a higher product!.

If it pans out that way, It will be downright unethical and dishonest!
What was the harm in conducting lung cancer test first!?
- Company has never explained this to their SHolders about the timelines of that OR any valid reason as to why it was delayed! but certainly the insiders knew and clean one's got out.
Helen Fishers departure right before this drama being unfolding also raises doubts now..

All of the above are my doubts and assumption and I could be horribly wrong in the end.
