I could well have this wrong but I’m half sure there was a very short time remaining to “prove up” the BARD1 lung cancer test for the founders to qualify for their performance bonuses when the merger happened. Maybe 6 months? Which in biotech terms is approx 6 mins
The wheels were turning way too slowly for the merged entity and subB2M had more promising prospects.
