Company has every right to re-evaluate technology to provide the best outcome for shareholders through improved products. Given the various tech platforms on hand through blended companies not sure why the ex-directors thought it was their God given right to have performance bonuses served on a platter. With the limited time constraints and prioritising other tech their claims certainly dont seem to align with biotech reality.
