my scant understanding is she had 4 years to do the lung cancer research and didn’t. Also I think worth noting is she was a board member during the merger so she was no doubt aware of where she stood …..absolutely!!! I understand the sh#%*hit the fan once the share price pumped and her performance shares that were once worth nothing suddenly were worth the fight . I think the fight is over ‘her ‘ interpretation not anyone else . So there could be a bit of crazy revenge stuff .I can’t then nor can anyone and she wants to take us all down with her . This is purely my opinion .
