What she doesn't understand is that companies are ever changing beasts where boards can change direction at any time for the benefit of ALL shareholders... not to just line the pockets of certain directors with bonuses. This woman appears to be out of touch with reality on how companies are run and the brutality of business. Now she holds shareholders to ransom because of her personal greed.
