It's listed for next year and imo dr Finger has a weak case. Worth defending against her rather than paying her the fantasy amount she thinks she was deprived of . The company had a right to pursue the medical products it believed had the best potential, and it had an obligation to all shareholders, rather than preference her profits. Go for it and win!
