Todays Ann shouldn't be a surprise, it was never about whether GGX was going to win a payout or not, it was a deadline for the French Gov to lodge a defence or not. If they didn't then it would have been an easier path to victory. This news just means a longer wait for a final decision unfortunately.
Yes people will jump ship tomorrow, but thats trading. The last week or so has probably made some good coin for traders. I guess the positive is the opportunity to grab more if you're game !
