Why are you attacking me? Like you, i'm just interpreting the announcement and trying to figure out whats left and right.

I would suggest though, the motion is being brought by a federal prosecutor and not a single farmer. they bring cases that breach federal law and seek criminal penalties. As such this is not a civil action and would suggest they are effectively alleging that AGR and the EIA have committed criminal action by failing to comply with their legal obligations in conducted and applying for a building permit. No single farmer here is going to get paid anything on the outcome.... they are effectively seeking an injunction.
