It’s a bit late (imo) as this info should have been in the original announcement. Don’t forget they had a two day trading halt- that’s plenty of time to draw up a response compared with the vague announcement shareholders got.
The other part that’s a bit late is the uncertainty has created increased selling. Whether this announcement would have stemmed the bleeding who knows.
As for the not being served part, it sounds/feels like that is just a matter of time. Personally I wouldn’t risk capital on that but that’s just me. If they sort this out the upside is significant and I’ll likely re-enter but I’m still doubtful on all of this.
