My take on this is it consists of two parts
1. last minute injunction by FPP to stop the Installation Licence (LI) - denied by the trail court judge
2. FPP dispute the granting of the Preliminary License (LP) based on the 3 points raised against the EIA. FPP seem to be preparing the case but have yet to serve AGR (AGR + FEPAM seem to think its coming and ar preparing a defence)
#1 happened on friday last week - well market was notified then anyway
#2 might have only just happened in the last day or so
