As it was Winha who brought the proceedings against the ASX for delisting them from the exchange, "dismissed" seems to imply the court decided there was no case for the ASX to answer. So I assume the delisting will now take effect, and we've effectively done our dough.

I'm surprised the ASM has not released their own announcement as to what happens now.

You'll see there was an off-market sale of $1.37m worth of shares by a Winha director on 19th June at $0.50/share. Pity the rest of us don't have the same avenue to liquidate our holdings...
