    Yeah going after the lease, trying to hit the company they own 18% of where it hurts...

    It's always the risk you don't think of, perhaps part of reason for de rate again? I'll admit I didn't think of this risk. You gloss over statements like 50 yr leases in the purchase announcement as a given, because you know, they paid US240m plus 18% of company lol.
