I have something.The phone number on their site will only take you to a recpetion service - do not expect a callback. They did provide an email contact to Justyn Stedwell ([email protected]) who is acting as an agent for them and told me they are registering audited accounts with ASIC within about a month and still going for SSX listing which is slightly delayed as they will probably need to do a new prospectus for it.
This could all be BS of course and the lack of communication is not inspiring; I have already fired off a complaint to ASIC to put them on the radar - if you have concerns you should do the same as ASIC are notoriously slow and lazy and generally won't lift a finger unless they get a lot of complaints - generally they just point you to legal advice, as if that would make any difference in this case.
So it may be they will get their SSX listing though it seems it would take months. If anybody else has new info please post it.
