I predicted/posted on this risk/dynamic a little while ago, here and here, reverse takeover is exactly what it has turned out to be...
Shame they don't see the 'abundance' of space in 'unmet' markets for diagnostic-testing (look @ COVID), definitively enough room for multiple products, and we'd be lucky enough to hold both bags...
