"So many questions around the strategy here, really wish the company could speak speculatively as to whats going on."

Reading between the lines, I think the Board is quietly confident this issue will be resolved satisfactorily. Which is why they are pushing on.
The reason we have this Board in place is because we shareholders trusted them to conservatively manage this asset instead of the cowboy approach that was costing us heaps in constant capital raising done by the previous board.
I trust them - not sure I have 100% faith in the Brazilian government and legal system though.
