To be fair the announcement does just say the court ordered the various parties to provide comment in 30 days. I was hopeful that meant we'd hear an outcome from those comments shortly after but guess there's no material outcome at this stage. Management indicated construction would begin in October so will give some grace until the end of next week before getting too bothered. Don't mind no news on the copper until then. Would rather a copper update capitalise on what is hopefully a positive outcome to be shortly announced.
