i think its great to be at the federal level
i think approval will be given and probably fasttracked given the fed gov stance on reducing reliance on fertilizer imports
any protest on mining on land of indiginous communities will be dismissed and i think this is a test case for the federal gov intention to open up mining in the amazon and not giving a stuff about indiginous people
so a precious rancher who isnt indiginous and is bleating about a phosphate mine in view of his verandah is screwed
