We finally learn there is a potential liability to BOLIN of US$11m + costs if BDT looses the FCA proceedings, why has it taken so long for this to come out.
On the flip side if BDT win the US cases in California theY could be awarded upto US$3+3+3 = US$9m + costs !!!!
Some obvious questions:
1. why did it take this long to come out. 2. What are the chances either way 3. Why have we lost 50% of the Board in 2 weeks ?
From this announcement, BDT claim Bolin stole their deposits to the tune of US$3m while Bolin claim BDT are in breach of contract. Pretty far apart if you ask me !!!
I can not see this ending well either way.
The Board is now down to the minimum of 3 Directors, with the Dynamic Duo of Dixon and Miall still at the helm......GREAT JOB BOYS, KEEP IT UP !!!
