is for proceedings to come to a conclusion, because they know what that will meen.
They could of refused to go to arbitration on the same grounds right
at the start but they didn't because it would have gone straight to court,
and that would have looked bad for them to a judge.
They are pathetic and just playing for time,like they have been all along.
The truth will come out!!!
