To the people saying all the money's been used up you clearly don't understand financial budgets, forecasts, reporting and the basic common sense of how a company is run.
The very fact that they are budgeting $2m to pay contractors means that this is a forecast becayse these contractors would be working in house on a salary or milestone payment basis. It's not a 2m once off payment for a bunch of contractors to get the job done and then money gone.
